Carvery
   All hand carved items include petite rolls and your choice of
      oven roasted red bliss potatoes or Yukon gold mashed potatoes
        Tenderloin of Beef, hand carved, cabernet reduction $20 per person
      Hand Carved Prime Rib, natural demi and creamy horseradish $18 per person
Orange Roasted Turkey Breast, Cranberry Orange Chutney $14 per person
     New Zealand Rack of Lamb, mint jelly and rosemary demi glaze $22 per person
 
  Crab Cake Station
        Our Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes sautéed to order. Accompaniments
           of cocktail sauce, lobster cream and remoulade $23 per person.
 
     Pasta Station
         Penne, Cheese Tortellini and Fusilli Pastas, Alfredo, Tomato Basil
          and Pesto Sauces fixings of spinach, mushroom, roasted peppers,
          onions, broccoli florets, tomatoes, sausage, diced chicken,
        clams, grated parmesan and garlic bread $18 per person
 
    Salad Station
        Includes Warm Assorted Rolls with whipped butter.
