Ben Debski, PGA Head Professional
Ben was born in Richmond, VA and raised outside of Detroit, MI. He graduated from Ferris State University’s Professional Golf Management program where he was awarded the Ernie Fuller Scholarship during his senior year. He began his golf career in Connecticut where he worked as an Assistant Golf Professional at The Patterson Club in Fairfield and the Redding Country Club in Redding. Ben moved to the Philadelphia area in 2009 when he took a position as Assistant Golf Professional at Hidden Creek Golf Club in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. After two seasons he was awarded the First Assistant Golf Professional position at Huntingdon Valley Country Club where he excelled in all areas of the golf operation. Ben was honored to accept the Head Golf Professional position at The Springhaven Club in the spring of 2014 and is excited to work with the active membership. Ben is a Certified U.S. Kids Golf Instructor and was recently honored as the 2013 Assistant Golf Professional of the Year in the Philadelphia PGA Section. In his free time Ben enjoys bowling, exercise and all things golf. Ben hopes to make each interaction at the club a positive and enjoyable experience.

Tyler Canaday, Assistant Golf Professional
Tyler was born in Fullerton, California and raised in North Reading, Massachusetts.  Tyler will be graduating from Clemson University's Professional Golf Management Program in December where during his final semester he was the Secretary of the Student Board for the organization.  He began golfing at Hillview Golf Course where he worked hard to make the North Reading High School Golf Team.  He is very passionate about the game of golf and that passion and joy led him to research how golf could be a larger part of his life.  He started working at Hillview Golf Course in the 8th grade and was able to use that experience as a platform to enter the PGA Golf Management Program.  After deciding on Clemson University he enjoyed the next 4 years in South Carolina refining his skills with valuable internships at Sea Island Golf Club (GA), Shorehaven Golf Club (CT), and TPC Sawgrass (FL).  Shortly after graduation Tyler will pursue his Class A Professional status and looks to further his career by working at The Springhaven Club.  He enjoys basketball and golf in his free time, as well as, experiencing new activities and experiences.

Cory Reilly, Seasonal Assistant Professional
Cory Reilly was born in Buffalo, New York and grew up in Moscow, Pennsylvania.  He spent his college years at West Chester University working toward his BA in Finance and Accounting.  He began golfing during his early childhood years and competed on his North Pocono High School golf team.  Throughout high school and college, he worked as a supervisor for Montage Ski Resort and West Chester University Campus Recreation.  Cory began his golf career in 2005 at Elmhurst Country Club in Moscow, PA, where he began as a Golf Attendant and worked his way up to the Pro Shop Assistant. During his ten years at Elmhurst, he was promoted and valued for his dedication to the profession and membership.  For the past two summers, Cory aided the Assistant Golf Professional in running successful Junior Golf Clinics and Tournament Administration.  He is known for providing leadership when needed and is prepared to work in all areas of golf operations.  He enjoys spending his free time golfing, skiing, and traveling and is also an avid Philadelphia sports fan.  He looks forward to pursuing his career at The Springhaven Club and is excited to use his skills while working with the membership in order to thrive with this opportunity.

Sean Driscoll, Director of Outside Operations
Sean was born in Woodbury, New Jersey and raised in the Gloucester County area where he has remained into adulthood.  At Glassboro High School he excelled as the captain of the golf team for four years. Sean joined the PGA Apprentice program in 1995 and was elected to PGA membership in 2002.  As a 15 year PGA Member he has an extensive golf background and worked at both Sunnybrook Golf Club (PA) and Hole in the Wall Golf Club (FL) where he gained valuable experience.  Sean comes to us from Beckett Country Club (NJ) where he was managing the entire facility.  Sean is thrilled to be the Director of Outside Operations/Caddie Master at The Springhaven Club and looks forward to serving the membership. Aside from golfing, Sean enjoys billiards and fishing, along with spending time with his wife Carol and lab Misty.‚Äč

Nadine Stan-Boyens, Golf Shop Merchandiser
After graduating from College, Nadine entered an Executive Training Program within the apparel industry and worked with Major Department Stores across the country. She held key roles as a buyer and ultimately as Divisional Vice-President for Major Stores in the Eastern Regions based out of Philadelphia & Washington DC. Nadine travelled extensively in the Far East & Europe sourcing and developing product for department & specialty stores and owned and operated her own specialty stores in the Pennsylvania area. Drawing from an extensive retail background after this tenure, she launched a merchandising business working with premier golf shops helping to develop a strong retail presence within their clubs. The knowledge and application of retail practices to the golf shop has been a rewarding experience for Nadine. Her family currently resides in Delaware which is a short commute to Springhaven. Nadine and her husband Daniel raised twin daughters, Brittany & Brianna who are currently launching their own careers after graduating from College. Nadine says “We all enjoy golf as a family and have been golfing together since our daughters were very young.”

Maddie Beebe, Golf Shop Assistant
Maddie Beebe is a senior at Strath Haven high school. She is an active member in her community and is involved in many clubs including Interact Community Service Club and Relay for Life. She is also president of the high school Photography Club and volunteers to photograph and video tape many school activities. Maddie is co-captain of the Strath Haven Marching Band's Dance Team.  This fall, all 400+ members of the SHHS band were lucky enough to have the opportunity to perform during at the halftime show of an Eagles home game.  Maddie has volunteered as homework tutor for students at Nether Providence Elementary School since her freshman year of high school. In her free time, Maddie enjoys photography, shopping, and spending time with friends. She is currently in the process of deciding on a college for the Fall. Her aim is to major in marketing and advertising
